What is the minimum notice period?
1 day before your booked visit.
How do I cancel and can I reschedule?
Either contact us or login to your dashboard to cancel or re-schedule.
Can I still be charged?
Only if you cancel on the day of your pre booked visit.
What If I arrive late?
If the you arrive late, the booking time slot cannot be extended.
If we need to cancel
If The BIG Barn needs to cancel a booking you have made, we will notify you and offer a re-booking.
